Both. Walk-ins are welcome when a chair is free, but bigger pieces need a consultation first so we can draw properly. Weekends fill fastest — message ahead if you can.
It depends on size, placement, detail and how many sittings it takes. We quote after seeing the idea, and the quote holds unless the design itself changes. Small flash pieces start at a set minimum that covers a fresh needle set and setup.
Eat a proper meal, sleep well, and skip alcohol for twenty-four hours beforehand — it thins the blood and makes the ink sit badly. Wear something that gives easy access to the area, and bring a snack for anything over three hours.
A deposit secures the date and comes off the final price. Reschedule with at least forty-eight hours' notice and it moves with you; below that it covers the chair time nobody else could book.
Usually, yes. Cover-ups depend on how dark and how large the existing piece is, so send a clear, well-lit photo and we will tell you honestly what is possible — including when laser fading first would give a much better result.
Keep the wrap on as long as we say, then wash gently with clean hands and unscented soap twice a day and moisturise lightly. No pools, no direct sun, and do not pick the flaking. We send full written aftercare home with you.
